Responsibilities
Key Tasks
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. Contact tradespersons for major repairs as needed.
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
- Perform minor repairs on appliances.
- Conduct safety and security checks.
- Supervise other workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Perform duties with minimal supervision.
