We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at The Pearle Hotel & Spa. This role involves managing daily spa operations and administrative tasks, ensuring a world-class, luxurious spa experience for our guests. The ideal candidate thrives in creating a serene, relaxing environment, demonstrating a passion for the spa industry, staying updated on trends, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Optimize profits by managing costs effectively.
- Support recruiting, training, and development of spa team members.
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Foster collaborative relationships with team members and maintain a positive work culture.
- Stay informed about spa trends and organize training sessions.
- Lead by example in practicing outstanding customer service skills.
- Demonstrate dependability, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Maintain a flexible and organized management style to meet operational needs.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury spa or well-known brand.
- Strong knowledge of Book4Time software and fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Personable, proactive, and dedicated to providing thoughtful hospitality.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
