Requirements
- π High school diploma (or equivalent)
- π¨βπ³ 7 months to less than 1 year of cooking experience Chef
- π£οΈ Language: English
π½ Key Responsibilities
- Maintain records for food costs, inventory, sales, and usage
- Show staff how to use new cooking techniques and equipment
- Create original recipes
- Prepare and cook full meals and specialty dishes for events like banquets and private functions
- Handle regular meal prep and cooking for guests
- Order food and kitchen supplies
- Arrange equipment purchases and repairs
- Work with clients on menus for weddings and special events
- Oversee kitchen operations across multiple restaurant locations
- Plan menus and ensure food quality standards are met
- Train kitchen staff on food prep and safety
