Key Responsibilities

  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors, hallways, and stairs

  • Operate industrial vacuums to clean up debris and waste

  • Empty trash bins and other waste containers

  • Clean windows, walls, ceilings, and bathrooms

  • Perform minor plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, and ventilation repairs

  • Call professionals for major repair needs

  • Do small repairs on appliances

  • Move heavy furniture and equipment as needed

  • Take care of routine maintenance like painting and drywall patching

  • Maintain outdoor areas — water plants, mow lawns, shovel snow and ice

  • Disinfect fixtures and surfaces

  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Tools & Equipment

  • Industrial vacuums and carpet cleaners

  • Power sweepers and power tools

  • Lawnmowers and snow removal equipment

  • Upholstery cleaning machines

  • Security systems

  • Small tractors with attachments

Requirements
Transportation:

  • Must have own transportation

  • Public transit is available

Physical Demands:

  • Repetitive tasks

  • Lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling
