Key Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors, hallways, and stairs

Operate industrial vacuums to clean up debris and waste

Empty trash bins and other waste containers

Clean windows, walls, ceilings, and bathrooms
-
Perform minor plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, and ventilation repairs
-
Call professionals for major repair needs
-
Do small repairs on appliances
-
Move heavy furniture and equipment as needed
-
Take care of routine maintenance like painting and drywall patching
-
Maintain outdoor areas — water plants, mow lawns, shovel snow and ice
-
Disinfect fixtures and surfaces
-
Work independently with minimal supervision
