What will you be doing?
Led by your Head Chef, working with your team, you’ll help to keep service running as smoothly as possible. As a Kitchen Assistant with Byron, you’ll have one of the most important jobs in the business, making sure that plate after plate, our delicious Burgers, Fries and Sides feed our happy and hungry guests. Working at pace, you’ll be:
- Keeping crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment clean throughout service
- Helping to put deliveries away
- Taking Health and Safety seriously and ensuring you follow all company processes
- Helping to prepare food, ready for service
the payrate shown includes service charge which is paid with your monthly wage and is an independently managed tronc arrangement through which service charge is allocated outside of and in addition to your basic pay. Hourly amount shown is indicative, based on current tronc allocations for this role, and actual pay may vary based on the amount of service charge collected. The basic hourly rate not including tronc is £10.50
