Job Description
Responsibilities
Receive the incoming goods to include customers and repaired orders and service repair parts
Verify count against purchasing orders and or repair orders
Stock incoming repair service and parts and modification kits into appropriate location and complete delivery transactions in Oracle.
Transact in Oracle incoming PTS maintenance repair orders.
Shipping
Repaired ship customer goods to against repair orders internally generated requests to ship sand internal transfer to orders per specified to shipping instruction
Perform the corresponding transactions using freight carrier software as well as Oracle
Arrange the product pick up in accordance with shipping instruction
Stockrooms
Pick repair parts and internal transfer to orders
Modification kits inventory requestions and perform all associated inventory transact
Communicate the internal department and personnel via email and phone to provide the status of material movement activity especially regarding critical or AOG situation
Perform physical inventory counts as required to assist in reconciling discrepant material
understand the daily work schedule to delivery requirement and perform wore to achieve the time delivery
Qualification
- High school Diploma or equivalent internationally recognized qualification.
- 2 Year material handling and warehouse experience
