About the Opportunities
Leading a small team you will be primarily responsible for
- Manage end to end recruitment activities
- Implement HR policies, and procedures, and ensure compliance with legislation
- Provide accurate and timely advice and support to employees and managers surrounding employment terms and conditions HR procedure and policy
- Preparation and facilitation of various training programs
- Provide operational and strategic advice regarding management of performance
- Coordinate the handling of Workcover claims and Return to Work processes
- Participate in HR planning and budegeting
- Provide periodic key HR metrics reports
- Maintain up to date and accurate staff records and filing systems
The Successful candidate will process
- Bachelor Degree in HR, Business or similar
- Extensive practical experience in recruitment practices
- A demonstrated understanding of current legislation
- Well development communication and leadership skills
- Computer skills (MS WORD AND EXCEL)
