Job Description
Kruger Products – Trenton is growing again and seeking energetic, adaptable candidates with an ability to learn quickly and who thrive in fast-paced environments to join our expanding General Labor TeamÂ
What you will do:
Converting
- Work in conjunction with machine operators and material handlers to ensure safe and efficient Line Operation in accordance with company processes
- Pack and palletize product according to specification sheets
- Perform visual review of finished product
- Maintain the quality standards of our products and addresses quality concerns with a high degree of urgency
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Logistics
- Support logistics department on an as needed basis by delivering raw materials to converting lines as required using forklift, box clamp or roll clamp
- Strap and remove all paper and cores from lines
- Remove, unload and return scrap bins for production
- Inspect equipment daily for operational or safety deficiencies and reports any adverse findings to management.
The successful candidate will possess a/an:
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 LBS/27 KG
- Ability to work a 12 hour continental or MAD rotation dependent on need
- Current Fork Lift certification or ability and willingness to obtain through in house training
- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong motivation with the ability to work independently or as a team member

Compensation
Labor rates are $18.58 per hour. Eligibility for Group Benefit package following 90 days of employment.
