Front Desk Receptionist represents Pacifica housing as the first point of contact at the main office for residents and new applicants for housing as well as a variety of other visitors.

Job Description

Participates as a key member of the supportive services team responsible for all public facing resident interactions including front line support to residents and applicant for tenancy as well as a variety of administrative duties

• Greets all visitors the main office answering telephone inquires sorting and distributing mail including booking appointments for residents
• Provides front line support to residents and to people seeking housing information
• Works collaboratively with the Resident services team responding to general inquiries regarding market housing vacancies.
• Assist Accounting staff with rental payments and statement for residents
• Performs file auditing duties to ensure all files and documents are accurate
• Performs a variety of administrative duties such as maintain filling systems and other records.
• Assisting administrative overflow specials project and pother department as we needed
