We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Executive to join our vibrant team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering large volumes of data into our database system. This role requires keen attention to detail, high levels of accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and maintain accurate data on various company databases.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring reliability and correctness.
• Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Review data for errors, missing pages, or duplicates before entering it.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Scan documents and print files when needed.
• Keep information confidential in accordance with the company’s security protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma; further education or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Executive or similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and databases.
• Good command of English both oral and written.
• Great attention to detail with an ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
• Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with administrative duties and computer operations.
