Room service taking order at Dubai Hotel you are responsible to service guests in friendly environment.
Efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience Room Services will also be required have extensive knowledge of menu offering Specially will you be responsible for performing the following highest tasks
- Responsible to answer the phone in first rings
- must follow prepared to encourage up selling
- Take order for guests
- Giving to approximate time delivery order
- Knowledge food menu and wine listened
- know and adhere to all liability law.
- Complete other duties very assigned
- All Designated staff attend meeting and training session
