Job Description
TSH Real state based in Dubai is looking for Office boy wo can join immediately
- Clean the office at the start of the day
- Welcome Visitors
- Preparing Coffee and Tea for Staff and Visitors
- Organize and control kitchen and office material storage, keeping track of material consumpaning
- Answers the telephone if necessary
- Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office
- Distribute deliver mails, correspondences, documents, and others to the person’s concern
- Assisting office staff as required
Main Responsibilities
- Provide High Quality cleaning services includes tasks such a vacuuming mopping emptying ban mopping and polishing surfaces
- Administration when materials are running low and so that can they ordered centrally.
- Helping associate staff other management staff doing their responsibilities.
- Serving and Making Lunch Tea and Coffee to guests and managers.
- Maintenance and Coordinating repair
Required Skills
1 or 2 year experience in relevant field
Must be a team played well as goal oriented individual who functions with the highest level integrity professionalism.
Attention to details excellent interpersonal skills and dependability
Should be able communicate well in English
