HEC SCHOLARSHIPS 2021 FOR FATA AND BALOCHISTAN

Applications are invited from outstanding students from Baluchistan and erstwhile FATA who intend to pursue Postgraduate studies (MS/M.Phil) programme from HEC-recognized local universities / degree awarding institutions. The scholarships are being offered for the academic year 2021-22 in all areas of studies under the project entitled “Provision of Higher Education Opportunities for the Students of Baluchistan and FATA(Phase-II) Batch-IV.

All interested candidates are requested to submit their applications along with all required documents before the due date of Friday 4th June 2021. No application will be considered after this date. All applications will be submitted online through www.hec.gov.pk/site/phobf.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Applicants must possess local Domicile certificate from Balochistan / erstwhile FATA
Applicants must have completed 16 years education with at least 60% marks
The maximum age limit is 35 years as on the closing date
Applicants must have acquired the requisite academic qualification on or before the closing date
Applicants who are already availing any other HEC/Government scholarships are NOT eligible to apply
Applicants must have to meet HEC and Universities criteria for admission in MS/M.Phil programme

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Scholarships will be awarded on merit and district / agency quota
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of aptitude test conducted by HEC and academic credentials
Candidates have to score at least 50% marks in the test
HEC reserve the rights to postponed or cancel the scholarships process at any stage without assigning any reason
Application in hard form will NOT be entertained
