Job Description
This Position assists in maintianing good public relations with patrons by ensuring customer service standards are achieved. you will under AGCO regulation to ensure your compliance with all applicable laws, policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Frequent cleaning of high touch points
- Frequent sanitization of equipment, Slot Machines areas. This would include but not limited to following sweeping mopping general cleanup vacuuming.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, comply with safety procedures including use of required safety equipment and identify unsafe practices or condition
- Ensures any trip or fail hazards are identified wet floors or stairs Ensures hallways and access routes are free of debris and waster,
- Is responsible to monoi the investor level of supplies
- Is responsible to monitor the inventory level of supplies.
- Additional or different responsibilities or duties, which are consistent with the position summary, may be assigned at the discretion of position supervisor
Qualification
- Experience in the related field of one year
- Organizational interpersonal analytical and communication skills
- The ability to work evening and weekends and shifts work
- The Ability to obtain registration as a Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming commission of Ontario
