Operational decisions are made here (head office = the basement of the day lodge) and our long-term direction is plotted by a group of passionate, volunteer directors who represent more than 200, predominately local shareholders.

About The Position:
The Dishwasher duties include washing dishes, glasses and utensils as well as clean various areas as directed by the Food & Beverage supervisors. We are seeking individuals to fill these positions for both our Day Lodge kitchen and T-Bar pub. Join our Food and Beverage team, ski and ride for free on your days off!

Job Duties:
- Wash dishes, glasses and utensils.
- Clean various areas in need as requested
- Empty garbage bins as needed in all areas of the kitchen and service area.
- Ensure appropriate levels of chemicals required for dishwashing machine.
- Keep floor clean during service.
- Assist in bussing service tables when required
- Help unload delivery trucks.
- Contribute to shift clean up at end of day.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
- Must maintain order and cleanliness in the dish area.
Working Conditions/Requirements:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Previous dishwashing experience in a restaurant or cafeteria is an asset
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Walking and standing for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity required.
- Weekend, Evening and Overtime as required.
- This is a seasonal position November to April, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location with no mobile coverage or public transit.
