Job Description
Cleantech Service Group is based in Richmond and provide cleaning and maintenance services to commerical establishment and strata buildings throughout the lower Mainland. In business since 1966, Cleantech is committed to providing superior, sustainable services to our customers and has seen rapid and continous growth.
Key Duties and Responsiblities
- Clean and disinfect high contact touch points, such as handrails, doors, door handles, and light switches
- Litter pick sidewalks, entries, stairs, courtyard, and driveway ramp of any non-organic debris
- Clean all common area window ledges
- Clean elevators, including door tracks
- Keep garbage area tidy, empty waste receptacles and replace with clean liners
- Sweep and dam mop all hand surfaced floors
- Vaccum all common areas
- Fill out log book, follow up with required comments, and report any problem to management
Qualification and Requirement
- Experience as as subcontractor is an asset
- Effective written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to deal with resident in a professional, positive, and friendly manner
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervison
