QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCEÂ
Advanced university degree (Masters and equivalent) in development studies, economics, international relations, or related field; PhD an asset.
At least 10 years of relevant experience leading and conducting development and humanitarian evaluations. For example, evaluations of development strategies, policies and/or development and humanitarian programmes and projects.
Have a strong development background with a solid understanding of the humanitarian aspects and of the humanitarian-development nexus. In-depth understanding of the various strategies used by the UN in both development and humanitarian contexts.

Personal CV, indicating all past experience from applied econometrics and specifying the relevant work time periods (from/to), as well as the email and telephone contacts of at least three (3) professional references; CV should highlight any active research in the subject area of the assignment.

- Having received the highest score out of a pre-determined set of weighted technical and financial criteria specific to the felicitation.
- Technical Criteria weight; [70%]
- Financial Criteria weight; [30%]
