Job Description

The role holder will contribute at the performance of the hotel by facilitating n Storeroom for efficient receiving an distribution of hotel and beverage and other goods and services. He or She is also responsible for assisting with Food And Beverage controls through turnover inventories and maintaining par stick levels in accordance with hotel business level

Responsibilities

  • Receives Food and beverage and items in a manner prescribed by the food and beverage operations of each hotel and it relates to proper rotation, stocking pricing and storage.
  • Ensures proper operation of freezers, refrigerators, and walk in coolers and notify management of any equipment repairs and needed.
  • Issues food and beverage goods by following the proper issuing produces prescribed which included recording pricing radiation and delivery to authorized requesting employees.
  • Maintain good record keeping of all items received and issued to minimize any storeroom variances in accordance with established food and beverage procedures.
  • Use Computer equipment to record all transactions. Assist food and Beverage procedures.
  • Maintain Cleaning and organized records to ensure all area, keeping storage area clean and tidy in strict compliance with hygiene regulations
  • Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned department heads and approved by the FV GM depending upon the hotel operation procedures.
  • Conducts inventory audits and determine inventory levels
  • Adheres all health and safety procedure particularly relating to F&B items
  • Keeps accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods

Education and Certificate

  • Have Degree or Diploma qualification or its equivalent in Management Finance or related discipline
  • Id 1 2 year experience in similar role in branded hotel
  • Proficient in MS OFFICE application
  • Knowledge of FMC (Fidelio Materials Control)
